Beach Trek
2 Hour Trek to and along Tramore Beach. Leave yard at 11am trek to Tramore beach, canter/gallop to end of Tramore beach and back, return to yard. An exhilarating experience for all horse riders. For intermediate to advanced riders.
Please ring if you are interested in a mid-week Beach Trek.

Lake Trek/Cross Country
2 Hour Trek to Carrigavantry and Ballyscanlan Lakes, ride to Fenor and stop at pub (outside) for drink and back along to lake through woodlands, ride up sand gallops or field, cross country jumping for those that would like a jump and back to yard. This trek includes walk, trot, canter, gallop, jumping (optional). For Intermediate to Advanced riders.

One Day Lake and Copper Coast Trek |

Leave Laketour Stable yard, trek to lakes, along to Kilfarrassy beach, ride up over cliff top lane (fantastic views of Waterfords’ Copper Coastline), to Dunhill. Stop in pub for lunch. Ride back along coastal laneways to Laketour Stables. Approx 4-5 hours.

Lake Trek/Cross Country, Coastal Trail Ride, Beach Ride (Sept to May only) 1, 2 and 3 hour and a full One Day Trek may be organized on request for groups.
Horse Owners are more then welcome to bring their own horse and join with a trek – please contact us for suitable trek and cost.
Comeragh Mountains Trek – a fantasic day out in the most superb location. Horses brought by lorry to mountains, meet at designated meeting point and trek in the most fantastic mountainess region.
